The Friday links

Before we get started, I was perusing the message board and there was an interesting revelation. According to coach Brady Hoke, Briggs Orsbon was offered a scholarship by Purdue Wednesday morning after Michigan stole WR Roy Roundtree from Purdue. However, Orsbon had already sent in his LOI. Whew! I wonder if Orsbon would've taken the schollie offer had he not already sent his stuff into Ball State. Hopefully, we'll get that answered sometime next week.

Zaleski sheds some more light on the Hoke pay raise. He doesn't seem too pleased that he got beat on the story by CSTV, considering he refers to it as "An Internet site." It is possible that he knew the story and he was saving it for whatever reason. If that's the case, that's a misstep for Z. (The Star Press)
