In case you missed it, we're BACK on LETTERMAN! The Ball State alumni made a reference to the Cardinals' big win over IU Saturday. Enjoy. I had forgotten about the "fiercest-sized robin bird." Tears of sorrow.
I re-watched the Indiana - Ball State game on the ol' DVR last night and a few things stood out for me that I didn't notice before. The reason I didn't notice some of these things, mainly because I was pacing through my apartment praying that the Cardinals wouldn't blow the game.
- Dante Love's hit was just a disaster. The IU defender behind him had his collar and just left him up there for the pickings, and Chris Adkins just put a hard hit on him. Dante putting his head down there was just an unfortunate turn of events, but that hit was very loud.
- Speaking of loud, I still can't get over how loud the crowd was at Indiana. Ridiculous.
- I can't say enough about the offensive line. Unbelievable performance.
Let's face it, I care way too much about a Mid-American Conference athletic program. But for the rest of you that enjoy Ball State sport as much as I do, this is the place to go for breaking news, commentary and recruiting info for Ball State University.
