The latest on Dante Love

Here's the good news: Ball State wide receiver Dante Love is able to move all of his extremities.

According to a press release from Ball State today, Love had five hours of surgery Sunday morning at Methodist Hospital. He suffered a cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury.

By all accounts, his football career appears to be over.

Our thoughts and prayers are still with Love and his family.

This sucks big time for D Love. I mean do we think he could have been playing on Sundays? Terrible to see his career ended like that.

And thanks for not using that tacky graphic the ballstatesports Web site through up (I saw it over on Ball U nation and wanted to gag)
